The Employment Law team provides proactive counsel to employers and executives related to employment law compliance, risk mitigation, employee satisfaction and mobility.

Our attorneys educate employers of all size and in all industries and life cycles on the complex interaction between human resources and legal compliance. Forrest Firm also defends employers when charges, audits, and litigation occur. Our goal is to mitigate risk with the least impact on every-day activities.

The Employment Law team has expertise and experience in traditional employment law matters such as wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and leaves of absence; human resources best practices such as employee handbooks, hiring and firing, and internal processes; corporate employment law matters related to employment agreements, restrictive covenants, compensation plans, due diligence in mergers & acquisitions, joint-employment and reductions in force; and other employment law liability concerns such as insurance coverage and employment related torts and crimes. In addition, we provide training for managers and key employees, as well as aid with internal audits and investigations.
