In his practice at the Forrest Firm, Travis Albea advises entrepreneurs and businesses on how to best achieve their goals. He assists clients on a broad range of business law transactions, including business formation, transfers and acquisitions, and contract drafting.
Travis began his career as an attorney at Horne & Horne PLLC in Greenville, North Carolina. Most recently, he operated his own business law practice, Albea Law PLLC, where he provided outside general counsel legal services to a wide variety of businesses; assisting clients at all stages of the business life cycle from formation to dissolution.
Travis is licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina, where he Chairs the Young Professionals of Pitt County and serves as Vice President of the Pitt County Bar Association. He regularly volunteers with the Pitt Greenville Soccer Association and Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce.
