Samantha Reichle focuses her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration. She handles probate and tax matters, as well as drafting estate plans.
A graduate of Duke Law School, Samantha joined the Forrest Firm after working at TrustCounsel and learning from nationally-known trusts and estate attorney Gregory Herman-Giddens.
Samantha enjoys making the difficult conversation of estate planning less stressful for clients. She’s an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Estates and Probate Law Section, where she stays up-to-date on legislation and tax advantages that may affect Forrest Firm clients.
At Duke, Samantha participated in Phi Beta Kappa and served as an Articles Editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy. She holds a B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill, where she was awarded the UNC Chancellor’s McNally Award for Excellence in Geography.
A North Carolina resident for more than 15 years, Samantha enjoys watching horror films when she’s not designing estate plans and preparing legal documents. She also spends her free time curating a personal collection of oddities and other collectibles with her husband, including taxidermy and medical ephemera from local estate sales .
