Leslie Lasher represents public and private employers and executives and focuses her practice on employment, compliance and risk-management.

Leslie primarily works with employers to create, review, and implement resilient strategies that ensure maximum efficiency. Ultimately, her goal is to assist in implementing effective tools to avoid litigation. When litigation, charges, or audits inevitably occur, she works with employers as administrative and litigation counsel with the primary goal of minimizing the impact on everyday operation. She has an array of experience as trial and appellate counsel before several state and federal administrative agencies, and in all North Carolina court systems.

With her educational background and focus on the public sector, Leslie brings a unique perspective to working with government entities at all levels. She also regularly works with and provides industry-specific counsel to employers in the healthcare, religious, staffing and hospitality industries.

Leslie also assists employees by reviewing employment, incentive, and severance agreements, focusing on management-level employees, health care providers, and entrepreneurs who are attempting to better understand and negotiate through the agreements in place with their current or prior employers.
