Jeff Wolfe practices business law out of the Winston-Salem office. His practice covers the entire lifecycle of for profit and non-profit entities, including formation, financing, day-to-day contracts, and exits.

Jeff’s transactional background includes deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings. Jeff has advised companies at every size and stage of the business life cycle, from early-stage startups to large public companies. Prior to joining the Forrest Firm, Jeff served the corporate clients of Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan.

In addition to providing legal services, Jeff also enjoys mentoring and coaching business leaders. Mr Wolfe has served as a mentor for Creative Startups, a coach for Triad Startup Weekend, and provides one-on-one mentoring as a counselor with the Forsyth Tech Small Business Center. Since 2015, he has also served on the Board of Directors of JusticeMatters, a non-profit that provides empowering legal services that protect children and help survivors of human trafficking and other traumas rebuild their lives.
