Grey represents sponsorship groups, lenders, private real estate funds, investors, entrepreneurs and businesses in matters and transactions related to acquiring, financing, developing, and leasing of commercial properties across all asset classes throughout the United States. Grey also routinely assists and advises clients with Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges, conservation easement donations, and other tax driven real estate transactions. Prior to joining Forrest Firm, Grey practiced as a commercial real estate Associate in the Raleigh office of the national law firm, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
