Attorney Grey Littlewood joined the Forrest Firm in January of 2018, focusing on commercial real estate, investment, finance and leasing.
Mr. Littlewood represents sponsorship groups, lenders, private real estate funds, investors, entrepreneurs and businesses in matters and transactions related to acquiring, financing, developing, and leasing of commercial properties. He also has experience in advising and representing clients with land use and valuation matters.
Grey began his legal career with the Virginia firm of Lee Stephens Law PLC, focusing his practice on matters related to real property, conservation easements and tax incentives. In 2014, he moved his practice home, to the Raleigh law firm of Morris, Russell, Eagle and Worley PLLC, expanding his work to the wider commercial real estate market of North Carolina. In 2015, Mr. Littlewood moved to practice as an Associate with the Raleigh office of the national law firm, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
Grey Littlewood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and creative writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Littlewood is licensed to practice law in the states of North Carolina and Virginia, and is a member of the Wake County Bar, North Carolina, and Virginia Bar Associations. Grey routinely serves as a volunteer for Project Healing Waters and is an active member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, where he has served on the Government Affairs Board, and the Raleigh chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).
