Debra Eidson joined the Forrest Firm in an of counsel role. She provides counsel to financial institutions and small businesses regarding lending, compliance, corporate matters, contract review and real estate.
Prior to coming to the Forrest Firm, Debra spent ten years as in-house counsel for a prominent community development financial institution, focusing on commercial lending, real estate, tax-exempt organizations law and compliance matters. She has experience with a broad range of issues related to nonprofit organizations and community development, including New Markets Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit financing and affordable housing.
Debra Eidson is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. She is active in her church, St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Durham, where she volunteers with children ages three to six each Sunday.
