Keya Kelly joined the Forrest Firm in the spring of 2017, taking the role of Office Manager at the firm’s downtown Raleigh location.
In her role at the firm, Keya provides operational support to the firm’s attorneys, setting new standards for professionalism and responsiveness for the benefit of our clients and creating a more sustainable working environment for our attorneys. Her work includes administrative, scheduling, marketing, and client service support for attorneys based in Raleigh and surrounding communities.
Prior to joining the Forrest Firm, Keya spent more than 15 years supporting executive management at several entities. In her most recent position, Keya served as an administrative assistant at Pfizer in Rocky Mount. Her prior experience includes office management and project management at small and mid-market firms, including Bright Futures Learning and Crown LSP, a logistics services provider, both based in Rocky Mount.
Keya Kelly is a 2012 graduate of Baker College, with a degree in business administration. In 2015, she earned an MBA from Liberty University. Since 2008, Keya has provided volunteer program support to the Autism Society of North Carolina, based in Rocky Mount.
