Grey Littlewood brings more than five years of practice in the area of commercial real estate, investment, finance, and leasing to the firm. Mr. Littlewood represents sponsorship groups, lenders, private real estate funds, investors, entrepreneurs and businesses in matters and transactions related to acquiring, financing, developing, and leasing of commercial properties. He also has experience in advising and representing clients with land use and valuation matters.
Mr. Littlewood began his legal career with the Virginia firm of Lee Stephens Law PLC, focusing his practice on matters related to real property, conservation easements and tax incentives. In 2014, he moved his practice home, to the Raleigh law firm of Morris, Russell, Eagle and Worley PLLC, expanding his work to the wider commercial real estate market of North Carolina. Since 2015, Mr. Littlewood has practiced as an Associate with the Raleigh office of the national law firm, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
Grey Littlewood received a bachelor of arts degree in economics and creative writing in 2008 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned a juris doctor degree in 2012 from the Law School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Littlewood is licensed to practice law in the states of North Carolina and Virginia, and is a member of the Wake County Bar, North Carolina, and Virginia Bar Associations. Grey routinely serves as a volunteer for Project Healing Waters, and is an active member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, where he has served on the Government Affairs Board, and the Raleigh chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).
